Tropicana "Arctic Sun"

BBDO Toronto made the sun shine on Inuvik, Northwest Territories, by raising a 
36 foot wide helium balloon over the northern town as it emerged from weeks of 
darkness

Tropicana also provided a free carton of Tropicana to every household in the
community.
